Description
My spouse and I are both UCSC professors who live in faculty housing on campus. We live in a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. It's clean, well-maintained, and offers an office as well as an upstairs desk space in the guest bedroom. This is a quiet neighborhood, peaceful, full of other professors and studious folks. We usually walk or bike to campus. It's a ten-minute drive to the grocery store, about 15 minutes to a handful of different beaches. The redwoods are close by. The weather is pretty excellent. San Francisco is 1.5 hours north. Big Sur is about 1.5 hours south. We're looking for a couple or a couple of someone's who might enjoy this kind of home and setting while watching after our two easy-going cats.
