Our house is not new and smart but it is clean and comfortable! It’s cosy and warm and we are welcoming hosts. It is in a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood. There are plenty of shops,cafes and restaurants. A park,gym and swimming pool are easily walkable to. There is an independent cinema and theatre in the neighbourhood. Transport links are good. There are frequent buses and trains to the centre of London and two tube stations (Piccadilly and Victoria) are a short bus ride away.

Comments: spacious room is upstairs on the first floor of a terraced house. There are 2 bathrooms 1 with a shower 1 with a bath shared between ourselves and the tenant.The house has a large kitchen and garden which the tenant is welcome to use as well.
