Art history professor on sabbatical seeks kind humans to enjoy the best of Santa Cruz. My well-maintained mid-century home is ideally located for UCSC. Safe, quiet, convenient neighborhood. Walk to downtown, trails, park, public schools. Just 2 miles to the beach! 5 minutes to Costco, Trader Joes, 17N. Hardwood floors throughout. New appliances. Lovely landscaping. Working fireplace. Large deck with hot-tub and outdoor shower off of MBR. Great library, original art, and antiques from around the world. Superfast Internet. Monthly rate includes weekly all utilities, superfast WiFI, gardener, and bi-weekly housekeeper. You'll have your own entrance, three bedrooms, and a full bath in your own private wing of my home. I'll be away alternate months. When I'm here, I'll stay in a private unit on the other end of the house and we'll share common areas. Exclusive use of LR and use of piano open for discussion.
