We're an active family with (4) kids (6, 9, 10, 12 yrs old). We live nearby and our kids attend the elementary school walking-distance to this home. The home offers plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. There are two living rooms, a finished basement area and a deck for taking in the sunshine. The location is an easy walk to Penn State and downtown restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking spaces as it is mostly a walking-friendly neighborhood.
