This is a private studio room with a private bathroom, Queen bed, couch, coffee table, minifridge, microwave, coffee making area, recliner, and more. This room occupies the entire second floor with the two other bedrooms on the first floor. Apartment is a 4 minute walk from Yale’s main campus and is right in the heart of the city center. Rent will be $2,195 per month for a sublet of June 2024 - May 31 2025 (open to shorter too) and will include ALL utilities including ultra high speed internet, heat, AC, hot water, electricity and gas as well as full subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO and Disney +.
