Furnished 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath home in beautiful Claremont, near the Claremont Colleges (Pomona, Pitzer, Harvey Mudd, CMC, Scripps). Home (with 1 cat) is available between June 21 - August 22, 2024. We prefer renting it out but would also consider exchanging your use this summer for our future use of your home. King bed in main bedroom (french door to sunrise in tree filled back yard), full bed in teenager's room, and a convertible couch/comfortable twin bed in a guest room. Inviting living room with double sided fire-place. Separate dining room. Outdoor furniture on back porch, small deck, and fire pit. Trees shade yard during warmer summer days for garden retreat (plants, birds, squirrels). Walking distance to Claremont Village, restaurants, shopping. 30 minutes to LA, 50 minutes to beaches. 25 minutes to Pasadena. 10 minutes to hiking and biking trails. Optional house cleaning service for additional fee. We are looking for reliable individuals who will care for our home and cats. No smoking, no pets. Comments: Tree Canopy Street. Outdoor living area, grill, gas fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen. 20 Min walk to Claremont Village w/ restaurants, cafés, parks, bakeries, movie theatre. Our 3 year old cat is sweet and cuddly. Min care but needs some company.

Comments: This house has a sweet cat that needs to be cared for. All utilities included EXCEPT electricity. NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR OUT. Great neighbors/neighborhood. 45 min to beaches. 2o to Mt. Baldy and hikes and mountain biking near by.
